EdgeTech DF1000

The Edgetech DF1000 sidescan system provides digital, high resolution sonar images of the seafloor. Key performance features include Data Fusion (low and high frequency data blended on record), Saf-T-link recovery system, magnetic heading sensor and acoustic responder. Both low and high frequency data is simultaneously digitized in the tow fish and transmitted with onboard sensor information to the surface control unit via a 1.5Mbit digital data link.
