dKart Image

The typical way of ENC production is the digitizing of the related paper chart. At the first stage a raster image for the paper chart (either black & white or color) is created. The next step is provided by dKart Image software. This step implies elimination of raster image distortions as well as geo-referencing of the raster image. As a result a mathematically correct raster image fully compliant with the selected cartographic projection is created.
