Dredging Surveys for the Port of Anchorage Expansion Project Utilizing the RESON SeaBat 7101Oct 20, 2010 - Steven MacDonald, Lead Hydrographer, TerraSond Limited
TerraSond Limited has a long history of projects within the Port of Anchorage, focusing primarily on dredging surveys for volumetric computations of dredged material. TerraSond was contracted to perform surveys of virgin dredged and maintenance dredged materials using a Multibeam Echo Sounder. The RESON SeaBat 7101 system was selected as an ideal choice for this project. Steven MacDonald, Lead Hydrographer for TerraSond Limited in Corpus Christi, published, in conjunction with RESON, a paper on the Port of Anchorage Expansion Project utilizing the SeaBat 7101. This paper was presented at the October, RESON 2010 User Conference in St. Petersburg, Florida.
