- Hydrographic Survey Technician
- TerraSond is seeking Hydrographic Survey Technicians for its Palmer, Alaska; Seattle, Washington; and Houston, Texas offices. The Hydrographic Survey Technician is responsible for mobilizing, demobilizing, directing and participating in offshore surveys to acquire bathymetric and geophysical data. He or she verifies the accuracy of collected data, and processes or supervises the processing and interpretation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, documents and deliverables related to the survey. The Hydrographic Survey Technician leads survey crews with minimal direction from the Project Manager. This position is a full time non-exempt position based in either Palmer, Houston or Seattle and requires residence within a daily commuting distance of that office. Relocation assistance is not available.
