Careful planning is crucial to site selection and design. We have experienced staff and equipment that can support site design by providing accurate information on geological characteristics, marine habitats, shipping lanes and navigational areas, hazards, currents, and depth.

- Since 1995, we have provided the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Alaska District with hydrographic, topographic, and Global Positioning System (GPS) control surveys; aerial photography; LiDAR mapping; and tide studies on over five hundred projects throughout Alaska.

- Hydroelectric Turbine Sites for Alternative Energy Project

- Our staff conducted a geophysical reconnaissance of the Yukon River in Alaska to identify a safe and potentially productive installation site for an in-stream hydrokinetic turbine. This information enabled the client to better understand the resource available to the community for power production and to establish a cost and engineering strategy for future build out.
